Fees must be paid as agreed at purchase or contract.
Subscription services may bill recurringly until canceled.

until payment is resolved.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All sales are final
No refunds for:
completed work
partially used services
subscription periods already billed
Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion.

not misuse automation for spam, fraud, or harassment
Violation may result in immediate termination of services.
All systems, workflows, content, and materials created by Refined Systems AI remain:
the intellectual property of Refined Systems AI
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not:
resell
copy
distribute
reproduce
without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refined Systems AI shall not be liable for:
lost profits
business interruption
indirect or consequential damages
data loss or system downtime
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (CRM, SMS, email, payment processors, etc.).
We are not responsible for:
outages
policy changes
data handling by third parties
Use of those tools is subject to their own terms.
We may suspend or terminate services at any time for:
violation of these Terms
non-payment
unlawful or abusive use
Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
